    Early Camber Plates and Bushes

I have been mucking around with early camber plates and bushes for a while now and am becoming slightly confused.

The very early 1965 cars with the fixed strut plate in the body used a pair of rubber bushes for isolation.

I think that these bushes were carried over to the 65-68 camber plate and had part number 901.341.695.03

The 1969 Camber Plate was slightly different but used either the same OR a similar bush.

I have found two different types of bush see below.

I think that the Left Hand Bush set is correct and the Right Hand set is supplied with a Koni insert and has become a common replacement for the correct bush.

It could be that the 65-68 camber plate uses one type and the 1969 plate uses another.

    Does anyone know for sure.

I know this seems picky but it would be good to know for sure

The later camber plate with the one piece bush, IMHO, has different geometry and if used in early cars doesn't allow caster to be set correctly.
and should, if possible be avoided for this application

The later camber plate bushes are the same as the engine mount bushes, according to my source.
