    Anal Jim,

Thanks for the detail on the seats and yes worthy of adding to the summary page which I will do shortly.

On the sun visors though, PET shows lots of part numbers for both coupes and targas. Looks like these things went through numerous revisions.

I know mine wouldn't be for a 68 or earlier car due to the hand throttle sticker, but I guess the piece itself could be same.

Anyone with a 68 have a pic of their sunvisor to compare?

68 and 69 coupe sunvisors are the same. Your sticker is very cool! The plastic bezel that attaches to the roof is beige in both years and changed to black in later years.

That's because they are unique to all 69-71 911S cars.

Andrea, I will attempt a better picture of the hand throttle sticker on the visor and post when I have a chance. Maybe we can turn it over to Carl for a nice repro

I haven't noticed them on other cars I have seen so not sure if 69 only or throughout LWB MFI era...

I tend to agree with this, and not only out of ownership bias... more out of what happened after 69 with all manufacturers--Compromise.

Safety equipment (seat belt buzzers, warning light, side impact beams in doors), environmental regulations (fuel tank vapor collection maze), lower compression (fuel economy standards arriving, emissions), higher displacement (same).

Not arguing the need for that stuff in 70+, just stating what it was in response to.

IMO, 69 was the last year free of the clutter of mandated systems.

With that said, I would love a properly sorted 2.2S in equal amounts...
