    Blaupunkt Frankfurt wiring?

    Hi all-
Trying to install a Z series Blaupunkt Frankfurt.
Does anyone know what this blue wire connects to (see image)?
    Much obliged,
    Al

One more question; what does turning the white dial do as well (see circled in red)?
    thx

I just installed mine in my 68 and I don't remember seeing that blue wire. Possibly a power antenna option? I believe the white dial is for the AM trim adjustment

No blue wire on my 68 either. Not sure but I believe the blue wire is an antenna signal on Blaupunkts. I've heard it connects to a relay on the antenna that tells it to go up when you turn radio on and down when you turn radio off. Call Wilford Wilkes in PA. He's the master of vintage Blaupunkts.
