    1964 Porsche 356C Coupe - Cool Color

A local vintage Porsche dealer in San Francisco has a '64 356C Coupe in a really cool early 911 color:

Looks like Tangerine that would be on a 72 or 73 early 911?

I'm a big fan (and previous owner) of Tangerine 911s, but I'm also a 356 guy, and that color really doesn't work for me on the C - especially with the fuchs wheels!
And couldn't they even vacuum out the crap before they took all the photos? Cinema verite I guess

Tough to tell . . . but from here, it looks like that jack-spur's been collapsed. The Guy's a little shy about showing photos down there, too --- on either side.

But, actually . . . I think the car looks pretty good. The Old School road-tar undercoating looks intact. Even the tow hook and battery box floor look like they could be original. After five decades? I can count the number I've seen . . . on one hand.

    Too bad it's just a C Coupe.

Free rust and rust free are not the same? English can be so confusing.
