    My New 67S

It's been a long haul but I would really like to thank Rich Sutliffe for letting me purchase his wonderful 67S and Gib Bosworth for pointing me in the right direction

Plenty of good 'SWB' advice from Magnus Walker and Tom Fender also helped me along the way.

Planning to continue with the 'sports purpose' theme so now all I need is a twin plug distributor

PS - any existing photographs of Rich's (my new) baby would be much appreciated?

Thanks Chuck, I'm certainly looking forward to the adventure.

From 8400 miles away, that 'nice guy' thing was more important than the car itself - as you know Rich's knowledge and enthusiasm is infectious whilst he certainly has the 'patience of Job'

I know where you can find a real Bosch twin plug, small shaft distributor with good cap and rotor ... PM me if you're interested.

Great purchase. I know a thing or two about this car. Rich went with the full monty on a bare-metal paint restoration.

    Martin,

Stunning car! Great resto, love those sport seats! Congrats!

Quick note on the multi 67S car picture (taken in 2002)... Left to Right, I thought it was: Polo Red - Marty Diefenbach, Slate Grey - Howard Lazarus, Gulf Blue - me, Signal Orange - Fred Stewart, Ivory - Gary Schultz...??

Freddie also shows the car as metallic blue before the resto, and there's a talbot mirror on the car.

    Mostly just curious..

Congrats again, and see you in Monterey?
