Correct "square" muffler tips... I think I have enough.....

Well, I just picked up what I hope is enough "square tip" muffler tips for those who have requested them...., many of you who requested them did pick them up at the LA lit show.

Here's the thread that talks about the production of them, the brass base metal, the type of chrome (4 layer hexavalent chrome from a Seattle hotrod show chrome shop), etc.

The will slip on perfectly to Bischoff, Leistritz and other Early 911 mufflers. The Dansk is a little larger and you'll have to shrink the pipe a little which I did on my 72S when I mounted an NOS one on it.

I know those who saw it at LA liked it, but I'll also offer a 100% satisfaction return policy.

Price is $80, Shipping in the USA is $10.50, and shipping to Europe and Australia is $28.50.

I do take paypal at elinden @ earthlink .net

    thanks!!
    Eric

I cut the pipe tip lengthwise at the top... this took some metal out. Then squeezed it down a bit to the right diameter. Cutting it at the top doesn't show when you then slip the metal tip on. You can also make cuts lengthwise at 12, 3, 6, and 9 oclock and the metal removed makes it VERY easy to just pop the tip on. You can then paint the inside of the tip flat black and the cuts won't show either.

    What he said... It's beautiful!

I'll let it sit on my desk for a while before mounting it...

    Hi Eric.
I may break down and need to buy one of these too. Any chance you have stock remaining?
