    early911nz sunday run

    another great day and more cars under resto to see within our group. currently we have over 12 911's 2 912's and 1 914 under restoration covering every year from 1965-1973. more next month when we visit another 3 cars

    I think I saw the green 911E on an episode of "Car Crazy" on Speed Channel.

    yep it went along to a filming when they were over here. mostly american muscle cars but a few euro's made it

    Yeah, the show is really cheesy but the Porsches were nice to look at.

    John, some pics of your roads would be great one day. Once upon a time in a rented Toyota HiAce camper I've gone from cowboy country up that far north peninsula(they drive like they do in AZ) as far as Dunedin or something in the south. the southern mountains are craggy like nothing, many one lane corners, but maybe too scary to push too hard? the mountain pass into Queenstown is spectacular too eh.

    reza , here's a couple from a sth trip at the start of the year . open roads , mountian ranges and cruising speeds into 3 digits (not going to say which three)
