    wipers each parked on different sides

    I was admiring this great looking car, when I noticed the wipers were each parked on different sides...what's going on here? I know you car switch sides that the wipers are parked on, but I've never seen this...

    My old pre-A 356 was set like this. I guess they have one side parked opposite the other side, might have to limit sweep with a shorter arm on the motor.

    I'm sorry, but that looks HIGH-LARIOUS! I actually laughed out loud when I saw the pic.

    For that to work, you'd need the wipers to rotate in opposite directions, which may not be too hard to do.

    I once did it accidentally on my '57 VW many years ago...I installed one of the wiper shafts 180 degrees off.
