    here is an update ; I contacted MINILITES England and here is the email I got back;
    Hi Francois

    As far as we are aware all the 6.5x15 Minilite sports style wheels were made from aluminium alloy.
    Sorry we can't help with the weights as the sports style wheels have been obsolete for over five years now.

    Regards
    Russ

    Subject: Minilites Question

    Hi , do not know if this is the right place to ask., but i`ll try anyway...... !
    My question is, I have a pair of 6.5 X 15 minilites dated 8-75 . Porsche 911 bolt pattern; My question is; are they magnesium or aluminium ?
    How can I tell ? what is the weight of the mag wheel compared to aluminium wheel ?

    Thanks
