I called him up for fun. The phoneconnection seemed to rout to some sort of VOIP (like skype) service. He sounded a bit french african, a bit indian - definitely not Scottish. I pressed him for his name, before I said mine. He then actually called himself John, so I guess he used that name always with different second names."

I have a glider for sale and this fellow was also in touch with me. Definitely a scam and he should be reported to the police..
Note that he did not answer the details I wrote about and neither does he address me by my name
and then he signs Mr......in this day and age? I noticed in this forum that the next step would have been
a "rubber" cheque transfer and my releasing the aircraft etc etc. Definitely one to stay away from.

I have a boat for sale and "Mr Johnson" had contacted me with same format letter as others have received and I am so glad I found this forum. I just hope others do research to see that this person is certainly not honest to put it politely. This person needs to be punished for what they are doing.
