I recently reconditioned the 2 horns in my car but what I found it strange is that the horn as the pic above is high-pitched and the other horn is low-pitched but the latter has a stamp that says HIGH. Are yours like that as well?

I will have to look at mine more closely. I do not recall seeing the words high or low, but I did not look real close. That is strange that they would be backwards. Is it possible that someone took them apart once and screwed up when putting them back together? How did the recondition go? What did you have to do?

Clean the mud out and you'll see there's an adjustment screw. Also, open them up to see if the coils inside are in good condition. If not, replace the horn. My banjo horn (high pitched) was OK so I adjusted that but the other one was knackered so I had to buy a new one. The part number for low-pitched is 911.635.102.21 (20 is no longer available) but the trumpet is longer so I swapped just the plastic trumpet from the broken one. But the wording on the end of the low-pitched trumpets still baffles me - LOW on the new one (color black) and HIGH on the original one (color red). Maybe the factory had to swap all trumpets to able to fit them in?
