    WTB inside assembly of batwing horn button

    The metal assembly that screws into the wing/puck, etc. The whole socket with spring assembly. Please email me at ericwitt at Mac dot com. Also interested in entire batwing for sale

    I doubt someone will sell you just the pieces ... you'd be better off looking for a stock LWB horn button and just scavenging what you need.

    Marco, looking forward to meeting you at RED. Luke and Lewis speak v highly of you. If you did have an old batwing laying around, i would be interested as always a good excuse to swap from time to time (I have the Morrissey disease...)

    Eric, as Marco mentioned - your best bet is to buy a beat up LWB horn pad and scavenge the attachment piece. I was recently at a well-known Porsche salvage yard looking for the same. There were boxes full of horn pads WITHOUT the attachment ring due to them being removed and sold to fit to repro hockey puck buttons. I bought a damaged horn pad off Samba for $35 and tossed away the pad. Sad but true! (They'd be impractical to fabricate - I did think about making one for about 3 secs.) Good luck with your search.
