I have made a batch of 10 to the original pattern and have made brackets to be able to fit them to all cars from 1965-1989. The are available with cut outs for tow hooks as per early cars or with a full secion at the front.

They are made in a very high strength steel 'Domex 700' which is weldable and formable but much stronger than standard steel.

They are powder coated black and have a Platazote pad glued inside the guard between the tank and the plate.

They are complete with all relevant stress plates and stainless steel fasteners.

The biggest problem is that we are in the UK but if we can ship more than one they may not be too costly to ship.

    They weigh about 16lbs.

    Hey Andrea,
Well, of course it is as Italy is now the 'black hole' for NOS parts. And Geneva is the 'black hole' for Porsche lit, but that is another story.

Anyway, will this part fit an RS with a plastic tank? Thanks much.

Brian, Believe me: Monza il LARGER than Geneva in Lit stuff, as Milou knows... even if i must say that Thomas (Milou) is growing faster than anybody could imagine!

And, about your question: yes, of course... if it fit a 100 lt tank why not the Rs?

I think that the plastic RS tanks hang lower than other tanks, but I could be wrong
