Looking for source for NOS aluminum sill covers.

My buddy Bruce in Billings, Mt. needs some aluminum sill covers with the plastic rivets for his mint condition 71 911E targa.

Also need the source for the engine timing metal foil decals that go on the fan shroud strap.

We will post some pics soon of his car. His car has the real socal attitude of the early
80's. The real Rgruppe only a couple of decades too early to join. He has been a close friend to John Willhoit since grade school.

I think the sills are still available from Stoddard, original and replica. The decals have recently been offered in the for sale section here by Alan form Cranford Classics , or is it Cranston? He has full rear decal sets available.

Correct sill plates and rivets are available through the dealers. Order at least 50% additional rivets...they're very fragile and snap off whilst attempting installation. I actually improvised a tool using small diameter brass tubing and a drill bit the same diameter as the rivet pin. The tubing fits snugly over the pin to keep it from bending and the bit acts as a tiny ram. Don't lightly poke...one sharp little pop with a small hammer.
