1: 911.613.302.00 1970 one year only wiper switch, NLA. good action, needs paint restoration on the stalk, rubber is good but has a little divot taken out, if rotated to the back, not seen. Rare: $100

2: 911.613.302.00 1970 one year only wiper switch, NLA. good action, will clean up to be excellent. Rare: $200

    3. 911.613.302.04 1969, 1971 to 1973 Wiper Switch, NLA, good action, close to NOS, though there are some tiny nicks on the stalk and one of the ground terminals has been clipped. Easy to make perfect. Rubber is excellent. $300 SOLD

Hey Rick, let's definitely meet-up! PM or email me details.

The differences are subtle. Wiring is slightly different, and of course part numbers are different. Not sure what the defining difference is though that Porsche made the 70 and then went back to the 69 design. Maybe someone more knowledgeable can answer.
