These should still be available at your local Porsche dealer.
I bought one for my car a couple of years ago.
Yes they are available on e bay etc,however I bought the real thing instead of getting an unknown part.
... just my 0.02c worth ...

I just bought one from Porsche last month, gold color aluminum part, not plastic. Stoddard has them for like $60. Of course if you want a 40 year old one then I will see you my old faded one for $40
