    Steering wheel splines pre 74 vs 74+

    If a hub fits a 70 car's steering spline will it fit a 76 ? i believe they are not the same ? who can advise

    The actual diameter & number of splines are the same but the early (Momo/Nardi/etc) hub will not work on a '75-on car (& vice versa) due to the depth of the hub & 'projection' of (or lack of in the case of the later hubs) the splined portion.

    Plus the different turnsignal-cancelling ring arrangement.
