I will chime in with a vested interest comment (since from time to time I sell up to '73 wheels as a pp) although 1. I've no association nor knowledge of the quality of this guy's product 2. However IMHO this pricing is not "over the top" IF the quality is good, and since a repro Hocky Puck is included but even if it were not, the price is not bad. Also, not often seen 74 and up wheels for sale. On the other hand, I think stock wheels of the era were similar..but am not sure? Thanks.

doing a search on past sales they have been in the 500-650 bracket , so $900 is more than past sales

Again, really!, no skin in this game. The subject wheel includes, what looks to be, a high quality Hockey Puck repro. Adding that in..it more or less makes sense. And, not to beat a dead horse, if you look, you will not see past sales of '74 and up such wheels... but I'm not doing the homework on this..i.e. '74 and up (NOT the same as pre-'74) but PERHAPS '74 and up were already 1. smaller (~380mm) and 2 thicker. I THINK the OEM stock ones were, in fact. this is from memory from my personally driven by me at least 50k miles '74. Thanks.

Was the early style 4-spoke wheel made with a '74 and later hub style? I didn't think so. The ad mentions a Momo adapter. Is this an early wheel, pre-'74 that has been mounted to a '74 and later Momo adapter?
Yes, it's a pre - '74 mounted to a '74+ Momo adapter.
