    WTB: Early 911 mushroom shift knob with dimple

    I think the 356 mushroom knobs were smooth and the early 911/912 have a small dimple in the center.

    sorry, no dimple. if you don't find one, how about dremelling a dimple, then sand and polish?

    you have to be careful w/ these if you're looking for a period produced piece. the initial run of repops did not have the dimple. more current repops do have this feature & sell new @ $30.
