    912 with a 3.2 transplant. Fairly straight forward although getting new axles fabricated was a PITA!

    on mine I used the stock halfshafts and changed the trans output shafts to ones from a 914 trans. mine was the early 915 mind you. sort of a built-in weak link. as my old racer buddy told me, 'somethin's gonna break, you just gotta make sure it's the cheapest/easiest thing to replace'. mine's a 912 also with a warm 3.0, a 3.2 stroker is on the stand waiting for assembly. SWB's and big motors are serious fun!
