What year(s) is this targa handle correct for?

Well, I've only got early swb targas right now. And I have this one handle that I believe is correct for 67. How many years was it correct for? I think possibly 68 as well. I realize it will work for later years,... Did they then go to the "round" plastic textured handle in 69?

My 69 came with those handles as well, so it was later than that. My 73 Targa has the molded ones -- I like the earlier ones better, although I had one break on me. The pot metal part under the rubber cover cracked.

Eric, our early '68 T Targa has smooth handles with the round simply outlined, and the ribbed part as on your example is textured instead.
The slightly later '68 S Targa has the handle you show, which is confusing... maybe it was a trim level thing? AFAIK both tops are original to the cars. Both have the exact same vinyl covered vent window latch that are ribbed similar to the top handle.
