    WTB Engine grill screws SWB

    Hello,

I'm looking to purchase a few screws for the deck grill of the 1968 911S. I have two missing (!). Looked on ebay and Stoddard but cannot find original ones!

    Thanks,

    Thomas

    Mark,

Could I purchase some from you? I only need two, but will buy the whole set if needed and split with Jeff!

    Best,

Does anyone have the skinny on the clear anodized expandable metal at the back versus the black.
I've seen both and don't know what's original or when/if there was a changeover.

I made a foto of the ones I do have. I have paid €100 for the complete set of 8 screws and would sell a single screw for €12. Shipping from Germany should be not expensive as I can ship them in an envelope. Just let me know, if you want them and I will PM you my paypal details and shipping cost.

Those original posts look great. Stoddard and pelican are still listing the part number
are they not able to supply?

Another alternative is the ones Wevo made, they were turned and milled
so the threads are fully engaged unlike these stamped ones which provide
a handy spot for water to sit inside the nut.
