Help Value: Complete LWB Fog Light Set Up Kit

    See the light folks,

I'm really not sure if I want to sell this or not but a nice list member has expressed some interest. These are NOS U.S. Fog Lights Hella TN4 with large grommets as found on Porsche lights; NOS wiring harness for LWB cars; very nice OEM grills, minor pitting and a factory fog light switch. The only thing missing is the easy to find or make (shown below) brackets. Please give me a value estimate.
One of the beauties of such lights is that even if your car didn't come with them, they are a "bolt-on bolt off" Some think they help "make your car!" Thanks! -Allen-

Nice set of NOS parts. I'm sure you already got a few PMs on these but I'll say they are worth $150 for the set

Haha. Ok busted. These are worth some money for sure and I would love to add these to my car but they will be beyond my allotted budget - aka anti slippery slope

I'd say give the listed member that inquired a good deal as I'm sure he/she will install and use them.

I have no affiliation on either side of this transaction but have recently purchased some of these parts separately (although the lights i got were euro hella 118's and none of it was NOS)

I would place the set at about $1000 to $1200 with a caveat that in similar condition the TN4's may be a bit cheaper than the 118's but these are NOS and the 118's were not.
the horn grills are for sale on this board from time to time so a reasonable estimate can be made for those. however packaging them all together must be worth extra for most people
the brackets (not included here) are a bit over $100 and a board member makes good repros

    Hmmm...
The lights themselves are a nice item. I'd go maybe $600 on those given that they are NOS. The grills are a tough one. They have been going for a fair amount, but once Eric's repros come out I'm pretty sure the bottom is going to fall out of that market. Eric's are damn near perfect... the only flaw is that they are repops. (unless he secretly has a time machine and is bringing stuff back for us )
Not sure on the whole package price, maybe $900 for lights, grills and switch?

in my opinion, you'd be well served to buy a set of repro brackets, and offer the kit as complete, obviously with the warning that the brackets are well-made repros....agree, I'd value them right around $1000, maybe $1200 to a die-hard.
