Ouf! almost didnt make a comeback!

well f me sideways....I was admitted to HMH (Huntington Memorial Hospital) with critical renal failure and had to lose another toe...my clutchfoot!! been there 12 days ($5K a day plus fees from 4 specialized docs and meds (another $20K for sure) the prognosis is promising in not losing my kidneys, thats what you get for the money...they are among the best in the nation.
I really miss the Pcars and the
sport in general, will need to reeducate my clutchfoot to join you guys again someday.

In contrast, I am now at Verdugo Hills. Upon arrival I kept hearing a loud humming noise that sounded all day and most of the night, akin of F1 racing and asked if that was some sort of motor running and to please stop it or move me somewhere else. it turns out to be a man my age (56yo) JPL engineer who had a tube inserted incorrectly when he was rushed to the hospital and had his throat tore up by EMT's!!!

Ok this is as much energy I have for today, looking forward and onward to join my gearhead pals, really miss you fellows, hope to see you soon.
