One of my hill-climb heroes left us yesterday due to a racing accident in Rieti, Italy...

I have seen him at least 4-5 times a year - he was a brilliant technician, a fabulous driver and a very kind person. I am very sad.

After reading about him and his car in Racecar Engineering, I am even more deeply sadened by his passing. His cars and driving were amazing.

Sad news for hillclimb fans. An engineer/hillclimb driver friend from Scotland who works in Germany sent me tapes a few years ago
... not long after, Georg's videos started appearing on YouTube. Breathtaking stuff. He was innovative, bright and very quick. RIP.
