    Pics of 67/68 911's on 165R15 tires

I'm most likely going to convert my '68 from the current 195/65 and flat 6 Fuch configuration back to original configuration of 5.5" Fuch and 165R15 tires.

Looking for some good pics of any 67/68's with skinny Fuchs and skinny tires.

I know there must be some "real" men on this board running this configuration. Wide tires are for babies.

    Hi Mike

Yes, there are a few of us. I will need a day or so to post the pics of my car on 5 1/2 x 15 chromed steelies w/165 Vreds. Ignore my avatar...those are my 14" Fuchs.

    SWB with skinny tires/wheels

Mike - Not mine but I really like the simplicity of this car.

My '68 in 1968 on its original 165-15 tires, optional Dunlop SPs in this case. (Aargh, don't you just love that new US spec road height?) -Richard

What's this Mike, back to the days when "tires were skinny and drivers were fat"

Russ and Richard, cars look great!

Yes Ed, the older and fatter I get, I find myself wanting skinnier tires. I can't explain this strange urge.

Mike, I not only want skinnier tires but cars lower to the ground, convinced that getting in and out regularly is exercise.
