FS: Mint Amco Wood Shift Knob

I've decided to go with a standard 901 shift knob. This one is super nice and I'm offering if for $75 + $5 for Priority Mail Shipping. Use the PayPal button and it can go out in tomorrow's mail. The PayPal button will disappear once this is sold, so if you don't see a button, it's gone.

    Hi,

Tried to send you a PM but your message box is full. Will you take $55.00 including shipping to 98230 for it?

    Thanks, Rick

    Hi Rick,

Sorry, I just emptied my inbox. I have some interest at $60, so I could do $60 + $3 for first class mail....

Wow, i get busy with working on my 911 and cant be watching my computer all the time and get scooped, I think that it would have been appropriate that I could have had at least the chance to reply before you sell it to someone else after I made an offer. I guess it is your part and you can sell it to whomever you wish. I realize that you replied 8 min after but still, you could have let Mark wait for a bit longer.

    Thanks, Rick

I have to admit, this is a first for me. I have never been accused of being unfair before, and I can assure you I value my integrity far more than this shift knob. You made an offer and I countered. In the meantime another offer came in. I have sold several items here before, always being careful to be fair and upfront.

To illustrate, after Mark agreed to my stated price of $60, another offer for full asking ($75) came in, but since I had not responded to Mark, I felt that the correct thing to do was accept his offer, since he was the first person to agree to my (now lower) asking price.

I will speak with Mark off-board and ask him to bow out. I can tell you with certainty that he will prefer to do what is right.

Geez. Mike, sorry you're getting low-balled even after stating a price. Be my guest to sell it to Rick

If that was the case you'd have to do a little better than Xanax ... propofol maybe?
