    expired 5 point harness' afterlife

I have 2 sets of 5 point racing harness'. The tag states they are about 10 years old.

The hardware themselves are like new. I tried to sell them here, but never had an offer?

What do guys do with their old sets??

Many seat belt manufacturers will re-web their belts and re-certify them for another 5 years. This is perfectly legitimate. Otherwise I think that Bill Simpson at Impact will give you a "trade-in"" against new sets of his Impact brand belts.

Ditto, I've got boxes of them. They make great tow hooks/straps.

Some folks will be able to use them at non sanctioned events (ie. lapping days etc)

They can keep your expired helmet, suit, boots, etc company.
