long brass oil lines from a 72S $400 plus shipping

Not sure if there is any interest for these.

They came out of a very rusted 72S coupe and suffered a severe crush at the jack point.

Long story short, I had a welder try to heat up the crush area with either too much air pressure or too much heat, the line blew a hole.

Both lines are complete and was able to remove them from the car with the fastners un damaged.

I do have pictures if there is any interest but for shipping purposes I can cut the lines at the crushed points to save on freight from $120 to around $60-70ish.

Where are you located and yes, pictures please. Do you have the flex lines and the thermostat/oil filter mount? Do you have the dipstick?

    Sorry, the car is gone.

I can easily see how someone could sink $100k (1year pre-galvanized, engine, tranny, oil system, wheels, plastic gas tank etc.......) assuming you had a clean title.

Thanks for the warm welcome Tom,

"A nautical expression most places but something else altogether here. Just don't get "deep sixed" yourself."

    sounds like that might hurt.

With all due respect to the list and Olin, the oil lines are sold to another member pending if Olin passes.

    Thank-you,
    George

Oil lines are now sold to Frank Beck after Olin passed.

Now if I could only sell my letter from Porsche threating to sue me if I kept using there name. Same letter "Porsche List" received which is now called Rennlist.
