    early transmission parts

This is to correct my previous post ( Apparently this input shaft is for a 901/911 Transmission )

As per pictures, ( see previous post EARLY TRANSMISION GEARS )1st gear, 3rd gear, 4th & 5th gears with syncro hub & sliding sleeve
& bearings in good condition. NOTE the end of the shaft has been hammered but it can be fixed by running a tapered tool over the threads.

I paid $ 300 for this but it does not fit my 915 tranny...........! So Its for sale for $ 50 CAD. plus shipping & Paypal fees. This weighs about 10 pounds. Needs to go dont need it ..........!

    Pls Pm if interrested

    HI Francois
the shaft and gears are out of a 901/911 box not a 915, do you have the matching gears?2nd,3rd,4th and 5th, looks like a 911 box as the threads on the end for 1st gear are the bigger one.

    regards mike

Mike, thanks for the info, I was misled by the guy who sold me this part. ( and its probably why it does not fit my
    915 gear box ...! ).
    I will correct my Ad.
    regards

Where did you get this from? The gears are useless without their matched halves. You might like to save some weight for shipping by disassembling and use the gears as paperweights instead.

If the gears are useless, maybe someone needs the syncro hub & sliding sleeve ( in excellent condition ) Still worth the asking price!
