WTB a single course spline 915 LSD Drive flange. 110 mm dia. with 4 10mm bolts & 2 dowel, 103 mm total length and 61mm plunge depth from end of splines to the seal shoulder. A 915 casting # is sometimes readable. I have a single 901 LSD drive flange if someone needs one. It will fit in a Mag box. Gordon

That's an oddball- course spline up to '75; most were fine spline.
You don't have any later 6 bolt course spline LSD flanges do you? I could use some of those.

    Hey Gled,

FWIW,.....I've made one by machining a non-LSD coarse-spline flange. Worked perfectly!!

All early LSD's for Mag cases (911/915) had coarse spline. If they had coarse splines they required the +5mm plunge depth. Late LSD's had a drive flange with a flat bottom at the spline end and they were +5mm and were interchangable in open diffs. The only exception to the fine spline LSD is 76-77 Turbo that required a +5mm hollow end drive flange. You could machine the end of a flat bottom drive flange hollow or machine off the nipple on the threaded piece inside the diff. gled
