    Sellers reply below Clyde. Solid grommet. I will need to check the measurement.


    "ie the inner diameter (small hole) is 15mm, but is stretchy and fits on a 30mm nut.
    The outer diameter is 47mm and covers a hole of 40mm. If you buy, you get of course our

    Pipe measures 27mm outer diameter, hole measures 47mm diameter

    Looks like no good Dave if the plug outer diameter is only 47mm
