    An easy question re: hood latch post

    I have a simple question - here's a picture of the latch post for my trunk lid. Is the cup threaded on correctly, or is it on backward?

    Presently you have it on backwards. The "open" cup should point downward towards the ground.

    Please see attached photo for correct installation.

    Thanks - I figured it was on there backwards.
