    Ground Wire

Just bought new '71 Targa and back tail light ground wire was not attached, does this just attach to a bolt on the body? Only bolts I see back there are the ones coming through the bumpers for the deco strips. Thanks

I am not at my car at the moment, but I believe the ground is the bolt holding the bumper corner onto the frame/tub. Look under the bumper corner straight up at the longitudinal line of that corner and you should see a bolt like #42 in this pic.
