Sandown is run and done - the Group S message being V8, V8 and more V8.

Looking forward to a rundown from Alex and Nick.

Curbs you are right, with Geoff and David not at Sandown, the duties were left to Spencer, BT and NT to fly the fast 911 flag!

Saturday's race was at 5pm but that did not mean cool, temps were still in the low 30's ambient and hotter in all our gear and cars with no ac! The cars all got really HOT!!
8 laps and we were all knackered!

Sunday midday race the rain was threatening but held. Lots of faster cars coming from back of grid hurt my result but still managed to do a PB.

Sunday arvo last race of the meet and I had a pretty boring race. However I won the under 2 litre class in all races in Sb holding Geoff Pike who is pretty rapid in his MG B.

Spencer was amazing as usual fixing our cars when they misbehaved but overall none of us did anything wrong or serious all weekend with all cars back home safe and sound.

For me the year is done. Couple of minor things planned for the car.

Videos from Nick's car and mine will be up shortly.

he'd woken up by the back straight by the looks of it...

Wonderful start Alex - but then you got swamped heading up to Dandenong Road?

A wise man once said, "squeeze the orange, don't squash it". Needless to say I squashed the gas pedal and the car flooded and I went nowhere fast! 5 cars past me and I had some work to do after the good start!!!

Nick stalled on the start line, first time ever for him, but to his defence, it was the first start with all his new cheater go fast engine and gearbox

Once they clear out at Sandown, they really clear out!

Pity about the throttle problem Alex, perhaps Spencer can drop a 2.7 in while he fixes it .....

RC, the vett should be orange !

Nicholas, response ??? How did grandad go ?
