I have one, the other was in bits.
Sorry to highjack, but after resto of my car I wondered what those where fore. I installed them like in the drawing above, but was uncertain if the angled surface was supposed to face in or out. And, what is the function of these blocks? If you close the door with force, the rubber sealing around the door will take the impact I believe....

They keep the window frame from vibrating at the top so the seal stays tight and there's no wind noise ... I think.
