Is it possibble to save an entire thread on my computer?

    Hi,
I would like to save Alan Drayson's RHD 2.2s restoration thread a record of both the work done on the car (now mine) and the reaction from this forum. Is that possible?

    Thanks

    Mark

Most browsers will allow you to "Save Page as..." from their menu. You will have to bring up each page separately and save it to a folder on your local disk drive, where it may be retrieved with the "open file" rather than "open URL" command. You can also cut and paste web content into another application (word processor or page layout software) and save the file in that format, but it is much more labor intensive to do so.

I've done that using the copy and paste function and pasted onto a new Word document. I've been able to do a whole vBulleten page at a time. That is the easiest way I've found. Hope that helps.

Saving a webpage is about all I use Internet Exploder for. I save a page at a time using the "Web archive, single file (*.mht) option
