    Lightbulb WTB: 1973.5 T Targa

There must be this one 1973.5 T Targa out there for me! I almost can't believe for how long I have been chasing her, but I seem to either find complete rust buckets or concours d'elegance type show cars that would break the bank.
    Here's my must-have laundry list:

    1973.5 T CIS Targa
    • numbers matching
    • rust-free
    • no major mods (engine / interior / exterior)
    • original color preferred
    • no barn find / just coming out of hibernation
    • decent (weekend) driver

I understand that many (most?) of the remaining exemplars are in the hands of long-term Porsche aficionados who want to make sure that their beloved baby is kept in good custody. Rest assured that I'd be the perfect new owner who wants to enjoy such a timeless classic in original condition as long as possible.

I'd appreciate any hints or pointers to one for sale. I am looking forward to your input!

    Happy Friday everyone!
I thought I'd bump my WTB ad back to the top... still looking!
Did I mention that the car would stay with me in the US?

    Nick,

    I appreciate the hint!
It's got too many rusty areas to consider, though - it shows rust at the dog legs, front light housing, and below the rear window. Who knows what lurks underneath? Don't want to open a can of worms...
