    ^^^^ Great photo...

I see Jim Clark (?), Bruce McLaren (?), Pedro Rodriguez (?), Graham Hill (?), Richie Ginther, Jack Brabham...

    Who else?

    Thumbs up

    Peter,

Right up front with the cigarette is the great Innes Ireland, and next to him in the laced truss is the French driver Maurice Trintignant.....</SPAN>

Tony Maggs is to our left of Clark; Giancarlo Baghetti is between Clark and McLaren; and that's actually Ricardo Rodriguez in front of Seppi Siffert. Looks like Spa-Francorchamps. The guy in the straw hat is familiar from old photos, but I can't place him...

Tragically, how many of those nearest the camera met sad and untimely ends ?
Seems to me that 'old' Jack Brabham is the only one still on his feet !

    Cheers,
    Dennis.

It's Carel Godin de Beaufort,.......... not the best known but certainly one of the most interesting characters in motorsports of the '50s and '60s ( died in a racing accident in Germany in '64 ).
