    Distributor with 3.2 advance curve?

    Good morning
My 65 currently has a 2.4 T installed ( the original engine is in boxes). I removed the CIS and installed webers which also came with a distributor (Bosch 0 231 184 004) that has been re-curved for a 3.2. The distributor also has the electronic eye for a crane xr700 and was used in conjunction with an MSD box. My question is how much difference is the 3.2 curve from the 2.4 curve? Also, who is everyone using for distributor work should I need to get it re-curved? I prefer someone who supports the 911SRegistry.

On a second note, I am not using the vacuum advance. Is there a better choice of distributors for a carb'd 2.4?

Thanks in advance for the help,
    Christian

3.2's didn't come with a mechanically advanced distributor so whatever you have is someone's interpretation of what is the optimum curve for the other engine, given cr ratio prevelant fuel etc. Get the distributor recurved and rebuilt if needed, it's not expensive and can result in some positive performance gains.

    Thanks Paul
Sorry for the confusion but the one I have has a vacuum advance. I guess what I'm really looking for is a chart showing the difference in the curves for a 3.2 liter versus a 2.4 liter.
