Yes, I have. I would have been happier if with RS flares and a more eye-catching color but need to keep its RUF specs once it's a RUF.

The few little (and always reversible) changes that I want to do to it compared to "original RUF" specs, i.e. how I bought the car and what's listed in its invoice are a 38 cm diameter leather wrapped RS-look steering wheel with a genuine hockey puck horn push (instead of 40 cm bakelite one with the ugly butterfly thing), a grey soft top that matches the best its body color (instead of black), 2 front wheels to be 6x15 flat Fuchs instead of the 7x15s by RUF specs. Of course, the two 7x15 for the front are there, belonging to the car but won't be installed. Headlights I will change to H4s instead of US sealed beams, plus a Porsche crest shaped new Ruf badge for the front hood (of course, in case have a genuine new orange bar Porsche crest for it).

It's a custom paint as not a factory car. Therefore its orange peel is minimalized.

Very nice, it looks like there is some reinforcement going on ther.
Can’t wait to see the finished product!

Original top has been installed just to see it fits and closes fine and that it's complete. For interior and top works goes back to Pfaffenhausen soon.

Very cool. If I ever was to own a convertible this would be the ticket.
