Rare picture of a Genius in his even rarer car...

...are you interested where it was taken of "Butzi" F.A. Porsche and his dog, in "their" aventura green 993 Speedster? (1 of 3 built by P. factory as far as I know, this one personally for HimFerdinand Alexander Porsche.jpg).

I didn't even think they made three of them. According to Mark Bongers' Porsche Data Book, that is the only one ever made.

...you or Mr. Bonger might be right, I also saw just this single one. But heard and read of 2 others, don't remember where, sorry.
It's a beauty, isn't it? "Butzi" Porsche, maybe the whole Family loves green, that's obvious. I heard of a Boxter, also saw it in Italy that used to be theirs and was painted green, too.
That picture, actually, dates back in 2003, and was taken at a Porsche event named "1. F.A.Porsche Cup" held in Zell am See/Austria (where He lives).
The participants of that meeting, together with him were driving uphill to the peak called Grossglockner there nearby. I was there on the "2. F.A.Porsche Cup" event held in 2005, and that was the last local Classic Porsche Club event that he has participated in Austria. He would not go anywhere else for that purpose. Also he celebrated there his 70th birthday in 2005
