Does anyone know the option code for the 2" x 4" in the front truck?

Should be in the same option book as head rests, gearshift knob, washer bottle, wiper blades, and door pockets

That's a 1x4. Cedar. Good stuff. Splinters. I imagine he'll get top dollar thanks to those stellar photographs.

Man, might be a nice car but it's hard to tell with those photos. Indoors @ night in a garage... couldn't think of a better place/time to shoot my car with my camera phone

Haha - I'd say an old trick to hid imperfections or just plain lazy. Seems like a lot of work was done on this car to get it to market quickly. I mean can't you at least replace the hood shocks?? Sorry - its one of my pet peeves

Past posts shows this guy has problems with English, what makes you think he knows how to take a pic or install hood struts.

I have to admit I have a cardboard roll in one car and pvc pipe in the other. Even the lifetime struts don't last more than a couple of years in a long hood and I hate changing them. Fortunately the 914 has springs.

Ok to be fair I've probably changed them twice each in 15+ years of ownership.

The hood struts were the first things I changed out on my 69 and that was three years ago and still going strong. I should post the brand/PN just incase its some undiscovered super strut.
