    ..saw it last march near stuttgart when body work was still in progress...met the guy who did the job last saturday at strähle swap and he told me the car now is back on the road again.

    I was the person that discovered and bought the car in San Diego. I am happy to share any specifics about the 911 while I owned it. I might add I am very certain it was Bahama Yellow, not Sand Beige. The engine was built to 2.2. It did not have a black headliner. I sold it to a LA stock broker, who changed the color. It had original matching Leather suit cases also. I may have some paper work/facts about the car somewhere? If any interest please e mail direct from my website.

    it went to a former VW manager/board member ...it has some nice engine upgrades...and i think 5,5x15 mimiking 4,5x15

    Any idea where this car is now? My dad owned it at one point… would love to find out more information and one day gift it back to him if possible. Thanks in advance.

    did a PPI last summer on that car.only for sale if you are willing to pay ridiculous $$.
