    1967 911 S Complete Interior Restoration...PICS!

    Hello,

Our 67S interior restoration is almost complete. The focus has been to make this interior the best of the best. No short cuts. Everything is as it should be even where you can see. The dash was redone with the correct 67s holes for the speaker, correct everything. Fortunately Tony is a Porsche interior guru bar none.

Tony at Autobahn has done a great job completing this project. There were MANY missing parts and doo-dads that needed to be tracked down. Trim pieces, gauges needed rebuilt, 2 pieces of OE green tinted glass, knee dash trim, door panels, arm rests...you name it. Tony helped as well as Paul ( route66 on this site...he has an HUGE Porsche parts hoard for those of you in search of parts).

The interior was restored as original per Porsche. The only changes made are: Leather vs vinyl (though the leather grain is the same as the OE vinyl), hidden ipod and speaker, seat belts, sport seats with houndstooth inserts (from Eric).

Next phase is detailing the engine bay. De-rodding it. Not too much to do as it was in great shape when we got it from Magnus. When you look at the engine it will be as original. Sourcing a new shroud, stickers..etc.

There after we will detail the exterior, reinstalling the OE trim etc. OE wheels. Found a set of 4.5 Fuchs that are currently in the loving hands of Harvey.

Our goal is to enter this little beast into a few PCA concours events and not make fools of ourselves!

Here are the interior pics...(assuming they post)

    Happy Holidays!

Well it's certainly the right holiday colour. The fit and finish looks like a brand new old 67, nice job! Hard to see the gauges from these pictures, another shot from the driver's side would be great.
