    Paint Code Question?

    I'm try to figure out what the paint code would be for a signal orange 70 E. I know it is 116 but the next 2 numbers I can't figure out. I don't know if they are for interior colors or type of paint. Anyone know? Here is the code plate on a 72' T that show 117 (light yellow) then -9-1. What does the -9-1 indicate? So then the orange car would show 117-?-?.
    Thanks for any clues......

    The 9 stands for the Porsche factory where the paint was applied. Then the paint supplier:
    Lesonal =1
    Glasurit =2
    Herberts =3
