Must be issue 82 is it? - the one with the GT3 vs 458 on the cover. N.A. is about a month behind for receiving printed copies.

I just downloaded #83 from the iPad app last night. There's an article in there about Magus. One of their better issues IMO.

Hey Wagonboy.... I think the Targa might even be in issue #81... Not sure though..... I'm not a targa guy, but that one nailed it for sure.. Cool story, as John's stories always are.

As for the Magnus article in #83... That's my work... Does it look good...? I haven't seen it myself yet...

It looks great. The opening shot with Magnus looking down through the intake stacks is appropriate an intro as any.

You may have caught a few recent U-tube posts... Were you with him in his '71T during that? Crazy stuff.

John, I haven't read the issue you mentioned about Curt's Targa. Thanks for the tip. I'll make sure I don't miss it.

Thanks, and yes, that was me....

Let's not hi-jack the Targa thread here.... I looked at the Ipad app last night and think the issue with the Targa might even be older than #81. I'll look it up tonight.

As noted by Marc, it's issue #82. Outstanding Targa!

I recall seeing the Wolf the first time about ten years ago. Great car. Great story. A lot of us got good ideas from the Wolf.

"about ten years ago": That was at Watkins Glen (the first RG event east of the California state line!). Fun weekend.

The Wolf has been through a few evolutions and 10s of thousands of miles since then. I've got one more idea to carry out on the car. It would be more revolution then evolution and I've found just the guy to do it. Maybe next year, if the economy doesn't completely implode on us
