    throttle bodies

    Hi, and thank you for your help. I have a 71 911S, I have the original MIF, and a set of weber 40IDA, I have change a lots of parts on the weber, just need new gasket, (ref on where I can buy some ?) my MFI is very good, the pump turn freely but the throttle bodie need cleaning and seels, (I need a detail diagram of the throttle bodies) My ??? is wich system use ? and how to install it and wich parts I should change before. Thaks again

    Go with MFI!

    Even if the throttle bodies are worn the car can still be tuned to run well in the mid to upper rpm range. Your idle will be high but so what.

    If you're asking how to change seals on the MFI throttle bodies,,,,there aren't any. There are however bushings which can wear out, but that requires special machining. Not a do it yourself.
