Best treatment for original leather interior?

I have most of the original red leather interior panels from my 67. I'm going to have to replace or resurface some of the parts, but I think some would come back with a really good leather treatment. The leather has some discoloration and scuffs but no tears and no abrasions through the leather surface. What have you used that has worked well?

    Thanks,
    Alan B

The best thing I've ever used, and believe me i've been through them all, is Soffener leather conditioner from Color Plus. It is hands down the most penetrating stuff. They make great water based dye.

Thanks for the tip David, will be checking it out. Have used Lexol for years, but interested in any product that does a better job.
Really dry leather can suck up more oil than you can imagine. Used to use neatsfoot oil after leather soap, finishing with shoe
polish mixed with lanolin but that's only good for brown or black.

Soffener is like a very concentrated Lexol. Put it on zip your windows up and let the car sit in the sun. It soaks right in.
The next runner up is leatherique, but this is much better.

I used the Zaino Leather in a bottle, has anyone else used it? It worked great for me but my seats were not too bad to start with. And you get that new cow smell!

Thanks David, I'll give it a try for sure.
Dave C, I'll come by your place with some and you can see how you like it.
Their site shows two kinds of cleaner; a liquid and a bar soap. I'll buy their clean and condition kit and see what happens.
    Happy New Year everyone,

    Alan,
If you buy their liquid concentrated citrus cleaner, be aware that it is VERY strong and must be diluted a lot! It will pretty much remove all the color if not properly diluted and I would still test it in an unobtrusive spot.

+10 on the Soffener; I got it from my local restoration shop. Apply it, then cover with saran wrap and warm, or leave out in mild sun; Good stuff.
