Your rushing along much quicker than I did just wait until you try to get the motor built LOL

So as I have finally reached the end I took some pics of the finished product in the Melbourne sunshine and guess this pretty much brings this long lasting thread to a close.

On to the next project that I have sworn not to do

Bravo Clyde, your build thread has inspired me many times and having gone down a similar path I'm certain you will miss the joy that the build process brings. Its really fun to wash and wax these beauties and driving them is a real treat, but I did enjoy the time spent planning, fretting, acquiring, haggling, cleaning, plating, sourcing, diassembling, assembling, talking and building my car. It's quite the process and a very rewarding part of the ownership cycle. I drive the hell out of my ST, I hope you do the same. Best of luck and job well done, your car sets the bar real real high.

Awesome Clyde. Congrats on achieving the end of a long journey. I hope you're proud of what you have managed to create.
Too bad that with the COVID restrictions you can't really take it out for a spin

But eh, I have to ask: next project??
